The one constant within my facebook feed are sports photos (and if it's not on facebook, it doesn't exist, right?). I am lucky to be able to do sports almost all my life; sometimes more sports, sometimes less (or way too little). Most importantly, it's a choice I can make.
Sports helps in many ways - meeting new people, understanding the importance of goals, ability to stretch just that extra bit for the right reasons.
I chose the Children Foundation because I believe that by enabling children to do more sports, a lot can be learned, a lot can be achieved.
