On September 24th, I'm running the 38th Warsaw Marathon. It's my second marathon and I'm running for the Empowering Children Foundation- a fantastic charity based in Warsaw that helps victims of abuse. Even if you could spare a couple of quid it will make a real difference. It really does help when I'm running to know that there are folk out there doing such good work.

My challenge
I'm going to try and beat last year's time but it won't be easy- I'm a year older and a fair bit fatter :)
