Tim is running for the Empowering Children Foundation

On September 25th 2016, I'm running my first marathon in Warsaw. I've never run more than 14 miles before so this is going to be a really big challenge for me and I'm really excited/scared! I'm running for a great charity, the Empowering Children Foundation. These guys protect vulnerable children in Poland from abuse and help those who have experienced violence to help them lead a full life without fear. Knowing that I'm supporting such a great charity will make a big difference in getting me around the course. You can find out more about them at the bottom of this page.

This donation page can be a little confusing and some bits are in Polish but if you could spare anything it would mean a lot!

5 PLN equals £1 and to quote a well known retailer, every little helps!

I'm aiming for £500 (2500 PLN) which would really help make a difference to some of the most vulnerable children in Poland.
