On September 24th, 2023, I will run in 45th Warsaw Marathon. You can help me to help Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) . This is part of their remit: "For 30 years we have been helping people suffering from natural disasters and armed conflicts. Life and health of people in need is always our priority. We work in South Sudan, Somalia, Iraq, Yemen, Ukraine, Kenya and Madagascar. When running with PAH, you can provide access to safe and clean water to whoever needs it the most....
