Tomasz biegnie dla Fundacji "Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową"
25 września 2022 r. pobiegnę w 44. Maratonie Warszawskim.
Będzie to moje 7 podejście do maratonu (jak dotąd wszystkie przeżyłem). Będzię to również kolejne podejście do spełnienia marzenia: złamania 4 godzin, jak również pokonania ściany, walki z samym sobą, itd.
Tym razem postanowiłem wesprzeć fundację działającą na rzecz zdrowia dzieci. Jeśli masz ochotę, to wpłać kilka złotych ze swojej strony a ja pomęczę się na trasie za Ciebie.
Umówmy się, że każde 100 PLN powyżej kwoty bazowej, czyli 450 PLN to 1 burpee na mecie. Już raz to zrobiłem, zrobię raz jeszcze :) - nogi będą zmęczone, ale myśle, że ręcę dadzą radę.
Miło Was będzie zobaczyć wzdłuż trasy Maratonu - wiem z własnego doświadczenia, że to pomaga, zwłaszcza gdy ciało już nie daje rady i trzeba "biec głową". Do zobaczenia!
On September 25, 2022, I will run in the 44th Warsaw Marathon.
This will be my 7th attempt (I have survived all so far). It will also be yet another attempt to make my dream come true: breaking 4 hours limit, as well as overcoming "the wall", fighting with yourself, etc.
This time I decided to support a foundation that works for children's health. If you feel like it, please donate a few zlotys from your side and I will take the pain of running from you.
Let's agree that every 100 PLN above the base amount, which is 450 PLN, is 1 burpee at the finish line. I have already done it once, I will do it again :) - my legs will be tired, but I think my hands shall manage.
It will be nice to see you along the route of the Marathon - I know from my own experience that it helps, especially when the body can no longer cope and you have to "run with your head". See you soon!
